Description
Our client, a nationally recognized intellectual property litigation practice, is seeking highly qualified associates with 3 - 4 years of experience to join their Litigation group in Northern California. The ideal candidates should have specific experience with patent and trade secrets disputes, with experience in inter partes review petitions being highly desirable. A degree in an Engineering discipline, Physics or Computer Science is strongly preferred. Outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is also required, with admission to practice before the USPTO being preferred.
