Description
Our client seeks a highly qualified mid-level patent litigation associate with 3-4 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property Litigation practice. Ideal candidates will have a background in chemistry, biology, electrical engineering, or computer science and experience with all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and preparing and arguing motions. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required, and admission to practice before the USPTO is preferred.
