Description
A full service, AM law 50 ranked firm with 16 offices in North America, Europe, and Asia, is in search for a labor and employment associate to add to their San Diego office. Applicants should have a strong understanding of state and federal courts at all levels, great trial and appellate skills, and sound judgment. The ideal applicant will have extensive knowledge in the following fields: 3–4 years of expertise in commercial litigation, including trade secret and corporate governance cases as well as fraud and other business torts. An advantage would be having knowledge of infrastructure, energy, or internal investigations. As well as depositions, litigation motions such summary judgment motions, motions to dismiss, and sophisticated discovery motions, as well as trial/arbitration experience.
