Our client, a prestigious law firm, is actively seeking a partner-track employment litigation associate to join their Labor & Employment Group based in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have specific experience in wage and hour class actions and a solid background in substantive Illinois employment law. Additional experience with affirmative action/OFCCP compliance is highly desirable. The role requires three to four years of employment litigation experience, strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and the ability to produce high-quality work while managing multiple assignments concurrently.
