LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE (2107)

Description

Our client is seeking a Junior/Mid-Level Associate to join their labor and employment practice group in New York. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in employment-related litigation and transactional work, including handling discrimination cases, wage and hour class actions, and contract disputes in federal and state courts or before administrative agencies. Responsibilities include providing advice and counseling, conducting wage and hour audits, researching federal and state employment laws, and preparing employment-related documents such as agreements, policies, and handbooks. Experience in traditional labor law and conducting employment training is also desired. Candidates must be able to manage multiple assignments, be strategic and detail-oriented, and possess superior academic and writing credentials. Admission to the New York Bar is required, with NJ/PA/CT bar admissions being a plus. A hybrid work schedule is available.
