Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a senior level, highly motivated litigation associate to join their dynamic Employment, Labor, Benefits, and Immigration practice group based in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of substantive experience in employment litigation and a passion for trial work. The role also requires experience in transactional employment work, including drafting of employment and severance agreements, EEOC position statements, DFEH responses, and conducting witness interviews and depositions. A background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies, and assisting clients with employment training programs is a plus. Experience in traditional management labor relations is also advantageous. Superior academic and writing credentials along with California bar admission are required.
