Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an associate attorney with a focus on traditional labor law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in traditional labor and employment law, including work on arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges. A general understanding of federal and state employment laws is required, and experience with employment litigation and agency charges is beneficial. This opportunity is perfect for a confident, self-motivated attorney with strong academic credentials, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow professionally within a nationally recognized labor and employment practice.
