Description
Our client, a highly recognized Labor & Employment practice group, is seeking an experienced mid-level associate to join their team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience in employment litigation, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions. Familiarity with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery, excellent writing and analytical skills, and experience handling multiple cases are required. The candidate should be able to serve as the point person on litigation, supervise junior associates and staff, and serve as the client contact. Demonstrated project and case management skills, deposition and/or courtroom experience, strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school, and a license to practice law in California are also necessary.
