Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an associate for their Labor & Employment Department based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have one to two years of relevant experience and must hold a Juris Doctorate (JD). They should be licensed to practice law in the State of California and possess strong research and writing skills. Experience in drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery, employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations, and working on litigation matters under the direction of partners is required. This role operates in a clerical, office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
