LABOR & EMPLOYMENT ASSOCIATE (1534)
Description
Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm based in Dallas, is seeking a proactive and passionate attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice. The ideal candidate should be admitted to practice in Texas and possess between two to seven years of experience in employment law, with a strong preference for those with prior employment litigation experience, ideally on the management side. Additional experience in employment counseling or in-house employment law is advantageous. This role involves significant client interaction, as well as dealings with governmental agencies and opposing counsel, and requires the ability to handle a variety of tasks including drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Candidates should have excellent writing and analytical skills, be capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
