Our client is seeking a junior Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of experience to join their Chicago office. This global Am Law 100 full-service law firm has over 1,000 attorneys across 16 offices worldwide, with the Chicago office housing over 100 attorneys practicing in various areas including Labor & Employment, Business Litigation, Corporate Transactions, and more. The firm’s Labor & Employment group, comprising more than 150 attorneys, is one of the largest and most prestigious in the country, advising employers of all sizes on employment advice, disputes, litigation, and union management relations. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, experience in harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour class, and PAGA actions, and proficiency in researching, writing, and arguing motions, conducting complex fact investigations, and taking and defending depositions. Opportunities to write appellate briefs, support M&A transactions, and litigate trade secret and non-compete cases are also available.
