LABOR & EMPLOYMENT COUNSEL (1199)
Description
Our client is seeking a Counsel for their Labor & Employment Department based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience and must hold a Juris Doctorate (JD). They should be licensed to practice law in the State of California and have experience in defending against single plaintiff litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and reasonable accommodation. Knowledge of PAGA matters and class actions is required. The candidate should be able to work cases from start to finish independently, possess strong research and writing skills, and have experience in employment counseling on federal and state employment laws and regulations. This job operates in a clerical, office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment.
