Description
Our client is seeking a Counsel for their Labor & Employment Department based in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a Juris Doctorate (JD) and a license to practice in California. The role demands expertise in handling single plaintiff litigation matters such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour issues, including PAGA and class action cases. The candidate should be capable of managing cases independently from inception to conclusion, exhibit strong research and writing skills, and have experience in employment counseling concerning federal and state laws. Although not mandatory, a smaller portable book of business would be advantageous. This position is office-based, requiring standard office equipment use.
