Description
Our client, a prestigious full-service law firm, is seeking an experienced Law and Motion Attorney to join its Houston, TX office. The ideal candidate will be admitted to the Texas Bar and possess at least five years of experience in drafting substantive motions, including motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, as well as handling related appeals. The role requires a strong background in legal research and motion practice in both state and federal courts, with responsibilities including conducting thorough legal research, analyzing statutes and case law, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing appellate briefs. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, proven success in court motions, and proficiency with legal research tools.
