Description
Our client is seeking a lawyer with a minimum of three years’ experience handling commercial leases to join its Real Estate Group. This position is available in multiple locations, including Atlanta, Boston, California, Chicago, Miami, New York, Reston, Texas, and Washington, DC. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements such as term sheets, letters of intent, work letters, and SNDAs, and interacting directly with clients, opposing counsel, brokers, and other relevant parties. Candidates must hold a JD and be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where they are applying. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience representing landlords, strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
