Description
Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to join their Business Trial Practice Group in their expanding San Francisco office. The firm has a rich history in litigation since 1927 and represents a diverse range of clients from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups across various industries such as energy, technology, healthcare, construction, and retail. The role involves all aspects of complex commercial and business litigation, including food and beverage, banking, communications, insurance, real estate, environmental, securities, class action defense, trust and estate litigation, and more. The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of litigation experience, strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school, exceptional writing and communication skills, and prior experience in a law firm with a national reputation. Prior clerkship experience is preferred. Candidates must be an active member of the California State Bar.
