LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (0412)
Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Litigation group. The ideal candidate will have a medical and/or scientific background, a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (preferably gained while practicing at a top-tier law firm), and experience with products liability and/or complex commercial litigation. Superior research, analytical, and writing skills are highly preferred. Experience with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus. The candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong project management skills and attention to detail are also required. The associate’s primary responsibilities will involve working with experts, assisting with fact development and depositions, reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda, and helping develop case strategy.
