Description
Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney based in Houston. The successful candidate will work as part of a national services team for a prominent international logistics and transportation client, handling all aspects of its transportation and general liability litigation and related legal counseling work. This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with litigation experience who are looking to grow in their careers and be part of a dynamic client services team at the forefront of the transportation industry. The ideal candidate should have a JD from an ABA accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Texas, and have 3+ years of Personal Injury defense litigation experience. Experience in transportation and logistics, trucking, and related regulatory areas is preferred but not required. The role requires superior analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work within a fast-paced team environment. Responsibilities include independently managing a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end, collaborating with other attorneys and partners on legal projects, and regularly communicating with clients.
