Description
Our client, a reputable law firm based in Philadelphia, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience in complex business litigation in both state and federal courts, preferably with a focus on Pennsylvania courts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent research skills, experience in drafting pleadings and motions, conducting written discovery, managing large scale document reviews, taking/defending depositions, and attending court conferences and hearings. Trial experience is preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players with outstanding academic and professional credentials, and must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
