LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2012)
Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate for their New York office with 4-8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate must possess excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, and have experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts. Prior large case and/or firm experience is preferred. Admission to the New York Bar is required, and the New Jersey Bar is preferred.
