Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a mid to senior level litigation associate to join their Del Mar office. This Am Law 50 firm, with a robust team of over 1,000 attorneys across multiple continents, has a longstanding tradition of excellence in litigation. The role involves handling a wide range of business and commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to antitrust, construction, and intellectual property disputes. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably in construction, energy, and infrastructure, along with trial/arbitration experience and strong skills in drafting and arguing litigation motions. Admission to the California bar is required, and applicants should possess excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
