Our client is seeking a highly qualified associate with 4-6 years of patent litigation experience to join their Intellectual Property and Technology practice. The successful candidate will collaborate with partners across the U.S. and engage in a variety of IP-related work, including patent litigation, trade secret cases, false advertising, and unfair competition in federal courts and before the USITC. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, working with experts, managing discovery, and preparing for trials and hearings. The role requires strong academic credentials and offers significant client interaction and responsibility.
