Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation attorney for their Dallas office. This role involves engaging in complex and sophisticated legal work across various areas such as premises liability, personal injury, construction defect, wrongful death, property damage, and transportation law in both state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will possess at least eight years of experience managing a substantial caseload, including catastrophic and fatality cases, with a preference for those with first chair level responsibility. Key responsibilities include handling multiple phases of litigation, managing numerous files, advising clients on litigation strategies, and mentoring associates. Candidates should have strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills, a solid academic background, and be willing to travel within Texas several times a month.
