Description
Our client, a renowned managed care litigation practice group, is seeking an experienced associate to join their national practice. The ideal candidate should have four to seven years of general litigation and/or arbitration experience, including brief writing, legal research and analysis, and oral argument. A background in managed care is essential, with experience in provider contract and billing disputes, medical necessity, level of care, and coordination of benefits. The candidate should be motivated, personable, articulate, and able to collaborate. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are required, with preferred law school experience including law clerk internships, moot court, or law review/journal. A bar license in California, Texas, or Florida is preferred. The physical location of the position will depend on the residency of the applicant. Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
