Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate for their Corporate/M&A practice based in Chicago. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent client management skills, superior academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and previous experience in a large law firm. Applicants should have three to six years of experience working on all aspects of M&A transactions, including public and private M&A, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, private equity and venture capital investments, shareholder activism and takeover defense counseling, and corporate governance.
