Description
Our client, a highly regarded national law firm, is seeking a midlevel associate with three to five years of experience to join their Nonprofit Organizations Group based in Washington, D.C. The successful candidate will have experience in a wide range of nonprofit organization legal matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, tax exemption matters, fundraising regulation, political activities compliance, and general business law needs. Familiarity with 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and 501(c)(6) organizations, as well as campaign finance and election laws, is highly desirable. Candidates must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, an outstanding academic record, and a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
