Description
Our client is seeking associates from law school class years 2018 to 2021 to join their Oil and Gas M&A team. The role involves advising corporate strategic and private equity clients on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures in the upstream and midstream sectors, oil and gas-related commercial contracts, carbon capture and sequestration projects, and other similar transactions. Candidates must have significant experience with upstream and midstream M&A transactions, a solid understanding of oil and gas and real property law, and substantial experience in drafting transaction documents and managing deals effectively. A driven personality, business development-oriented mindset, and the ability to work autonomously are essential. The position offers significant direct client contact and an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurial associates to develop client relationships and manage matters independently. Location: Houston.
