Description
Our client is seeking a patent agent or associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in life sciences patent preparation and prosecution to join their Intellectual Property practice in Boston, Houston, Louisville, or Washington D.C. offices. Candidates must possess an advanced degree in chemistry, molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, chemical engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred). Excellent writing skills and strong academic and work credentials are essential. Applicants must submit a resume or CV, and are encouraged to include a cover letter and law school transcript. Candidates for lawyer positions must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.
