Description
Our client, a global law firm with a strong strategic focus, is seeking a registered Patent Attorney or Agent with a Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Physics or a related technical field involving AI/ML. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI models, neural networks, deep learning, and AI/ML theory. Duties include drafting and prosecuting patent applications, collaborating with inventors to understand new AI technologies, conducting and analyzing the results of prior art searches, and maintaining knowledge of the latest AI technology and patent laws. Candidates should be registered to practice with the USPTO; attorney candidates should also be an active member and in good standing of their home office bar or eligible to waive into the appropriate bar.
