Description
Our client is seeking a patent litigation associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property practice group in Silicon Valley. The ideal candidate will have an interest in litigation cases related to computer science or electrical engineering, with a technical degree being advantageous but not mandatory. Responsibilities include providing technical litigation support, such as preparing invalidity and infringement contentions and charts. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, superior writing skills, quick-study aptitude, and the ability to build client confidence while thriving in a creative, entrepreneurial, and collegial environment.
