Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their premier Digital Assets and Data Management Group. The successful candidate will work with large, well-known companies across various industries, providing counsel on privacy governance and technology transactions. The role involves a wide range of privacy compliance matters, with an emphasis on U.S. state privacy law compliance, including CCPA readiness, drafting privacy notices, advising on cookie and website compliance, and supporting DPA reviews and negotiations. Experience with global privacy laws and health privacy laws is preferred. The candidate must have a strong academic record, a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school, and must be admitted to practice law in the state of the desired office location. Exceptional project management skills, superior attention to detail, excellent writing and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced workload are required.
