Our client is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Private Client practice in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on transfer tax planning, trust and estate administration, including drafting trust agreements and wills, handling probate proceedings, administering trusts, and preparing gift and estate tax returns. The role requires a collaborative and motivated individual who thrives in a client-focused, team-oriented environment. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision. Admission to practice in Minnesota is required, with additional admissions or willingness to seek them preferred.
