Our client, a premier law firm with a fast-growing practice, is seeking Private Equity Associates with three to seven years of experience to join their Corporate Department. The ideal candidates will have substantial private equity experience, including working with venture capital investors, public and emerging companies, and entrepreneurs in complex financial and strategic transactions, particularly in the technology sector. The role involves working with a dynamic team across key private equity markets. Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar and be in good standing, with law firm experience and outstanding academic credentials.
