Description
Our client is seeking a junior associate with 2 to 4 years of experience to join their Energy Regulatory practice in Washington. This practice is one of the largest and most diverse in the U.S., handling transactions, projects, and regulatory matters across nuclear, gas and oil, LNG, electric, and renewable energy sectors. The role involves engaging with government agencies such as FERC, NRC, and DOE on complex proceedings, focusing on the intersection of business, law, and policy. Ideal candidates will have experience with FERC work in the natural gas area, particularly representing natural gas pipelines in regulatory proceedings. Applicants must hold a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the U.S. Bar.
