Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate for their Private Funds, Secondaries practice based in New York. The ideal candidate should have 3 - 5 years of secondaries experience, be admitted to the New York Bar, and possess excellent credentials. The role involves working on secondary transactions, preferably GP-led secondary transactions, including continuation vehicles. The candidate should also have experience with negotiating fund organizational documents, as well as experience with the purchase and sale of assets, whether portfolio companies or limited partnership interests.
