Description
Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level associate or mid-level patent agent to join their Product Design & User Interface Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This role is available in multiple locations, including Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, DC, Houston, Denver, Kansas City, Phoenix, or St. Louis. Candidates should have a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm, engineering, and industry experience, and excellent writing and communication skills. Ideal applicants will have 2+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in physics, electrical engineering, or computer science. Preferred experience includes software-related technologies, artificial intelligence, IoT, networking, and quantum technologies. A JD and admission to the USPTO are required for associate candidates, while USPTO admission is required for patent agent candidates.
