Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a mid to senior-level project finance and development attorney to join their team in either Denver or New York. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in project finance, preferably within a large national or international law firm. Key competencies include familiarity with credit and security documentation, diligence of large renewable and conventional power and energy projects, and experience running closings for project finance and acquisition finance transactions in power, energy, and infrastructure. A blend of lender and sponsor side experience is beneficial, including experience with tax equity financings and other financings for renewables, transportation infrastructure, and conventional power generation. Familiarity with ISDA, EEI, and other similar enabling documentation will be favorably considered.
