Description
Our client is seeking an associate with two to six years of experience in insurance coverage and/or commercial litigation. Ideal candidates will have experience in insurance-related litigation/arbitration, complex business litigation, or commercial matters. Strong academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are essential. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to client service. Federal clerkship or New York Commercial Division clerkship experience is advantageous. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York or New Jersey.
