Description
Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, finance, joint ventures, and development. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to take on significant project responsibility in a fast-paced environment. They should also be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented. Admission to the Illinois Bar is preferred.
