Our client, a well-respected law firm with a strong international presence, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its thriving Real Estate practice group based in New York. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major growth initiative in the firm's Real Estate practice, both in the US and abroad. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of solid experience in real estate transaction documentation from a peer law firm, demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion, and outstanding business judgment. Candidates must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York. The firm's clients include real estate sponsors and developers, institutional and non-institutional investors and lenders, public and private funds, sovereign wealth funds, public agencies, and family offices. They rely on the firm's deep experience in a wide range of real estate-related transactions and asset classes, which have included office, retail, multi-family, industrial, hotel, data center, resort, residential, senior and student housing, recreational, and mixed-use properties, across the US and globally.
