Description
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Richmond office, focusing on regulatory compliance and litigation. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in handling complex legal issues, including representing clients in administrative hearings, trials, and appeals. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, advising on regulatory compliance, and collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategies. Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree, be admitted to the Virginia State Bar, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with federal and state regulatory agencies and a background in industries such as food & beverage, hospitality, gaming, and retail are preferred.
