Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their Life Sciences Regulatory & Compliance team. The ideal candidate should have a background in providing regulatory and compliance support in relation to corporate transactions or capital markets matters. Experience in representing pharmaceutical, biologic, medtech, and diagnostics companies on development and commercialization matters is highly desirable. Candidates should possess outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience or relevant industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn from senior lawyers. Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly is required. The role is preferably based in Washington, DC.
