Description
Our client, a reputable law firm based in Washington, D.C., is seeking an Associate for their Tax & Employee Benefits Department. The successful candidate will join a diversely skilled team providing a range of legal and financial services, including business tax, employee benefits and executive compensation, and private wealth services. The role involves representing individuals, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and other business entities in tax audits at various government levels, as well as in U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Federal Claims, federal district courts, and federal courts of appeals. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in a law firm, with a focus on assisting clients with tax issues relating to renewable energy transactions, M&A transactions, tax equity transactions, tax credit transfers, and other joint ventures.
