Description
Our client is seeking a junior associate to join their Investment Funds group, focusing on public REIT capital markets, based in Raleigh. The ideal candidate should have experience with equity and capital markets transactions, and/or advising public companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and securities law matters, with a preference for those with REIT industry experience. Candidates should possess a JD, be licensed to practice in North Carolina or eligible for prompt admission, and have 1-2 years of corporate and securities experience, preferably from a large law firm. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, are essential.
