Description
Our client is seeking an International Trade/National Security Associate from the class of 2019, 2020, or 2021 to join their Enforcement and Investigations group within the National Security practice. The role involves advising major companies, financial institutions, governments, and state-owned entities on international trade and national security regulations, including compliance and breach resolution. Candidates should have experience with CFIUS, sanctions, and export controls, and demonstrate a strong interest in anti-bribery and anti-money laundering compliance. Strong writing skills are essential, and applicants are required to submit two writing samples.
