Description
Our client, a prominent law firm, is seeking a mid-level Media & Entertainment Finance Associate for their office in LA Century City. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of relevant experience in entertainment finance, particularly in representing lenders, borrowers, and other parties in debt and equity financing transactions focused on music, film, and TV. Applicants should have strong drafting and negotiating skills, a deep understanding of finance, entertainment, and copyright law, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A strong academic background from nationally recognized schools and licensure to practice in California are required.
