Our client, a global top 50 full-service law firm with over 1,100 attorneys worldwide, is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join their team in San Francisco. The firm's practice areas include Business Litigation, Corporate Transactions, Finance, Real Estate, Entertainment, Intellectual Property, and more. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in structured finance transactions including securitization and other capital markets transactions. Key skills include knowledge of commercial law matters, drafting complex commercial contracts, drafting legal opinions, and managing financial transactions.
