Description
Our client has an immediate opening in their New York office for a senior associate with 5-8 years of experience to join their growing Structured Finance & Warehouse Team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in ABS, RMBS, and/or esoteric securitizations, along with the ability to draft complex transaction and disclosure documents and manage multiple capital market transactions simultaneously. Excellent academic credentials and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are essential.
