Our client, a leading intellectual property firm, is seeking a Patent Prosecution Associate to join their team in any of their U.S. offices. This role involves working on innovative technologies for top-tier clients alongside esteemed legal practitioners. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Chemistry or a related field, experience with small molecules or pharmaceuticals, and at least 5 years of experience as a Prosecution Attorney. Active membership in the state bar, compliance with CLE requirements, and registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office are required. Candidates should possess superior writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong analytical abilities. A passion for science, engineering, and intellectual property, along with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients and colleagues, is essential.
