Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm based in Houston, is seeking an Associate with over 4 years of experience to join their Tax Planning and Business Transactions section. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a law firm or accounting firm setting. Preference will be given to candidates holding an LL.M. in Tax, although those with a J.D. and a strong interest in tax planning and business transactions are also encouraged to apply. The successful applicant must possess excellent drafting, research, and writing skills, and be capable of managing multiple projects both independently and as part of a team.
